This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of the website.

The domain name www.indianrarecrafts.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned and operated by Kailashvara Global Creations LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Indian Rare Crafts”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), with its registered office at Vasai (West), Maharashtra, India.

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Kailashvara Global Creations LLP and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations with Indian Rare Crafts.

By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Indian Rare Crafts’ Policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy) as amended from time to time.

1. Membership Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Act, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Website.

Browsing the Website is free. Indian Rare Crafts reserves the right to introduce fees for specific services or modify the fee policy at any time. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

8. Payments and Banking Details

All payments on www.indianrarecrafts.com are processed securely through trusted gateways such as Razorpay. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.

For refunds, vendor payouts, or direct bank transfers, the following account details may be used:

Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for purchases made.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 14-Day Replacement Guarantee on eligible products.
 To request a replacement or return, please notify us within 14 days of delivery via email at support@indianrarecrafts.com.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery;
  • Products or accessories were missing;
  • The wrong item was sent.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • Product is used, altered, or damaged by the customer;
  • Tags, packaging, or accessories are missing;
  • Item is made-to-order, personalized, or custom-crafted;
  • Product is non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., innerwear, jewelry).

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of product receipt and inspection.

For refunds on Cash-on-Delivery orders, bank details may be requested for NEFT transfer.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this Website — including images, artwork, logos, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by Indian Rare Crafts or its licensors.
 You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Indian Rare Crafts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian Rare Crafts, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

 We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Website or its content.
 Indian Rare Crafts does not guarantee that the Website will operate error-free or uninterrupted.

14. Profanity & Conduct Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, hateful, or obscene content in product reviews, comments, or communications. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

15. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including those governing e-commerce, taxation, intellectual property, and data protection.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai / Thane (Vasai), Maharashtra, India.

17. Termination

Indian Rare Crafts may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the Website, or engage in fraudulent activity.
 Upon termination, your right to use the Website ceases immediately.

18. Modification Of Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
